Exchanges and RMA Policy


We do not accept Refund on any of our products.


Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange or replacement.

To be eligible for a return of exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


RMA
To return your RMA product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


We do not warranty physical damaged or shipping damaged or misused products.


All product's warranty and repair period are determined by product type.


Email us before any RMA returns, our RMA department will determine if the product qualifies as Repair or Exchange, a RMA number will be send to you after.
